Required Documents for MP DET Counselling

Make sure you have all these documents ready before the counselling process begins.

Important: All documents marked with * are mandatory. Missing any of these documents may result in rejection of your application.

Class 10th Marksheet*
Original and photocopy of your 10th class marksheet.
Aadhaar Card*
Original and photocopy of your Aadhaar card.
Domicile Certificate*
Original and photocopy of MP domicile certificate (if applicable).
Income Certificate
For fee waiver schemes and scholarships.
Category Certificate
Original and photocopy of caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable.
Passport Size Photos*
At least 6-8 recent passport size photographs.
Signature Image*
A clear image of your signature on white paper.
Transfer Certificate
Original transfer certificate from your previous institution.
Character Certificate
Original character certificate from your previous institution.

Document Verification Process

  1. All documents must be original along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
  2. Documents will be verified at the reporting center during the counselling process.
  3. Ensure that all your documents are valid and not expired.
  4. If any document is in a language other than Hindi or English, a translated copy must be provided.
  5. Keep digital copies of all documents on your phone/email for emergency purposes.
